What is the program about and how will it help me?

Empower yourself through a holistic 6-week journey combining yoga therapy, Pilates, personal training, and mindset mentoring. This comprehensive program is designed to help you cultivate confidence, self-love, and mental clarity while improving your physical health and overall well-being.

This program is designed especially for you and your specific goals for your overall wellbeing. To help you achieve not just your fitness goals but also improve sleep quality, reduce stress and regulate your bodies systems, boosting your overall vitality with more mental clarity and focus.

Over the six-week program I will guide you to develop a deeper understanding of your relationship to self and cultivate body awareness & confidence through a personal plan. The program may include practices such as Yoga Postures, Breathwork, Meditation, Pilates exercises, and tools from Yoga Therapy, along with mindset guidance. These practices are designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, helping you cultivate balance, clarity, and inner peace.

How One to One fitness mentoring works?

Based on your goals, fitness level, and any personal considerations or health conditions, we’ll create a tailored plan that integrates both fitness exercises and yoga therapy techniques. Whether your focus is on building strength, increasing flexibility, managing stress, or healing, we’ll ensure your program aligns with your needs.

During each session, I’ll guide you through every movement, demonstrating how to do each exercise, either movement, breathwork or alignment techniques to promote balance, release tension, and support your body’s natural healing process.

As we progress, I’ll be with you every step of the way, offering adjustments and real-time feedback, ensuring you’re getting the most out of every movement. Whether through a yoga sequence, Pilates exercise, or functional fitness movement, I’ll guide you to practice safely, with mindfulness and intention.

As your fitness journey evolves, we’ll continuously assess your progress, making adjustments to the program to ensure you’re moving toward your goals.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This program payment plan is over a 6 week package. The first payment will be deducted at time of booking. There will be payments deducted automatically on the same day each week for 6 weeks.

    There are no further fees unless you ask for additional classes for written gym or health plan.

  • I believe that exercise done mindfully gives you an all round sense of wellbeing, confidence and empowerment. It is about more than just exercising your physical body to fit a shape or idea, exercise can support your life at any age, through any obstacle so you can continue to move better for longer. Working with mindfulness principles I will guide you to tune in and really understand what it means to listen to your body, to explore and understand your body/mind connection, creating a foundation to create space to feel more confidence in your body or abilities, to feel strong as well as create ease so you can experience wellbeing in all aspects of your life.

  • In a package of one-on-one sessions, each session is scheduled once a week for a duration of six weeks, lasting 60 minutes in total. This includes 45 minutes dedicated to the workout itself, with the remaining 15 minutes allocated for addressing questions, comments, and discussing progressions. In contrast, a group class typically runs for one hour.

  • Programs and Classes are suitable to all fitness levels, if you have concerns please discuss prior to booking if you are unsure about physical limitations, injuries or illness. The best part about a 1:1 program is that it’s customised for you.

  • We do not train in a gym as such however we can write a customer program for you to use at the gym. You can purchase this separately or in addition to a private package.

  • I will provide a fitness Mat for one on one clients, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps & eye masks. For group classes BYO Yoga mat & any additional pillows or blankets that may be required.

  • Beck is a grounded, kind-hearted, and fun-loving person. She teaches for the love it and knows how much yoga can help people.
