My Journey to Mindful Living

Hey, I’m Rebecca!

Your new mindful fitness expert with over 10+ years experience practicing and mentoring in the fitness industry including Yoga Therapy, Yoga, Personal Training, Group Fitness and Pilates. I am here to help guide you back to yourself through mindful movement and personal mentoring.

My deep understanding and knowledge of the mind-body-soul connection will help you build both mental and physical stamina to elevate your quality of life whilst also feeling more grounded and in tune with yourself on a deep spiritual level.

I am here to support you in achieving your health and wellness goals, from doing those activities which once seemed too challenging, to things that were always desired but never thought achievable. Together we can upgrade your self-assurance and serenity inside and out and put liveliness back into your step with a new lease on life!  

I have always enjoyed exercise, especially dance, yoga, and weight training, which led to a fulfilling career in Group Fitness, teaching Pilates, Yoga, and functional fitness. Now, I'm focused on Personal Training and coaching, having expanded my skills with certifications as a Yoga & Meditation teacher and Yoga Therapist.

My love for mindful body movement began after the birth of my second child. I discovered the practice of yoga and started to experience its profound effects through a regular Self-Practice. Whilst experiencing my own health challenges, I was able to use the tools that yoga taught me to move mindfully towards better health, wellbeing, and vitality.  

Now I aspire to impart the knowledge I have learnt through my own life lessons and years of study, showing you how a consistent mindfulness practice coupled with movement can lead to a life of less stress and worry, resulting in a life that feels more joyful and free.
